The “Best Flexible Rate” is the best rate in the market place available to consumers for a booking that does not carry restrictions as advised by the hotel or resort or determined by RewardsCorp. Rewards holders can be confident in securing the best rate as all rates offered are backed by our Best Rate Guarantee.

When are Holiday Rewards valid to?

The Holiday Rewards have validity dates that are clearly itemised. Your rewards never expire providing you transact at least once every 12 months.

How do I find out more about the hotels and resorts?

Our reservations personnel can answer your questions on aspects of each resort, and the suitability of various resorts to your particular accommodation and holiday requirements. Are there hotels and resorts in any other holiday destinations than those featured in this website?

Holiday Rewards is continually adding new destinations and new properties to its Holiday Rewards collection. Email us at [email protected] with any other preferred resort destinations and we’ll let you know if there are any new properties coming online at those destinations.

How do I book my holiday?

Call Holiday Rewards on 1300 780 644 with your preferred resort and holiday dates and Holiday Rewards will be able to confirm your booking, or advise the closest available dates. Alternatively you can book online with your chosen accommodation through this website.

Do I receive written confirmation of my booking?

Yes, you will receive an Accommodation Voucher confirming your booking number, relevant details of your holiday booking and resort arrival instructions, confirmation of the balance of the accommodation charges paid by you, your Holiday Rewards serial number(s), and any other booking particulars requested by you.

What if I don’t have enough Holiday Rewards to make up the maximum redeemable amount by Resort? Can I pay the difference in cash?

Yes you can, however, why not ask your Promoter how you can earn even more Holiday Rewards?

When do I pay for the balance of my resort booking?

Your accommodation payment is required upon confirmation of your requested accommodation and booking dates. This is the amount set out in the accommodation price chart in the promotion brochure and on the website – less the maximum redeemable rewards from your Holiday Rewards which is deducted at the time of making your booking.

What payment methods are available?

Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or with the following credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (1.98% surcharge), Diners Club and American Express (3.3% surcharge). With payment by cheque, bookings can only be guaranteed upon receipt of cleared funds.

Will I be charged if I cancel or amend my booking?

Should you cancel your accommodation booking after full payment is made, no refund applies. Resort extras are also non-refundable and cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed. However, you can amend your booking dates for your selected resort as often as you require up to 35 days prior to your booked arrival date for a processing fee of $25, and you can also transfer your accommodation booking to another party, without penalty or incurring amendment fees. Only name amendments will be permitted within 35 days of arrival at your booked resort. No cancellations or amendments are permitted for “Last minute specials”. At the sole discretion of Holiday Rewards, and subject to the booked resort and the specific room inventory being utilised for another booking, cancellations and date changes may be permitted within 35 days prior to your booked arrival date, subject to a $100 fee.

How soon should I book my holiday?

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book your holiday as soon as you have decided on your preferred resort and holiday dates. Whilst we have a substantial number of participating properties, certain hotel and room categories are very popular. Although we strongly advise against leaving your booking as late as possible, we will accept bookings with a minimum 21 days booking notice required. Bookings will only be accepted within 21 days notice at the discretion of Holiday Rewards.

What is resort availability like? What about school holidays?

The participating hotels and resorts are generally available between 8 and 9 months of each calendar year. Resort availability is restricted or excluded during most School Holidays. Public Holidays, Special Events and other Peak Season periods may also be excluded. However, restrictions and exclusions are determined by the destination and properties. Hotels and resorts in many destinations are also available from time to time during otherwise restricted dates. Please call Holiday Rewards on 1300 780 644 with your holiday preferences for up-to-date resort availability and recommendations. All requested booking dates are subject to promotion availability.

What if my Holiday Rewards are lost or stolen?

Please retain your Holiday Rewards in a safe place. Should you lose or misplace your rewards, you must notify Holiday Rewards immediately on 1300 780 644 and the serial number will be cancelled by our Reservations Team. A replacement (s) will be issued to you at this time.

The Holiday Rewards promotion offers a ‘Best Rate Guarantee’ for accommodation offers. If you find, at the time of booking, a lower rate than the Holiday Rewards ‘Best Flexible Rate’ for the same booking, we will match this price and reduce the amount of Holiday Rewards required to complete your booking. A written quote must be presented prior to booking, be less than 24 hours old and from an Australian registered business and/or website. ‘The Best Rate Guarantee’ does not apply to Holiday Rewards holders who work for or are associated with other Australian registered travel business, industry rates.

When are Holiday Rewards valid to?

The Holiday Rewards have validity dates that are clearly itemised. Your Holiday Rewards never expire providing you transact at least once every 12 months.
